Slides are read, not admired

Nobody leaves a meeting talking about how nice the slides were. They leave having understood the argument, or not.

Most business presentations fail on the same things. Too much on each slide, a different layout every time, type too small for the back of the room, and charts that take the audience longer to decode than the speaker has to explain them. None of that is a design flourish problem. It is a clarity problem.

What we do with a deck

You send the content you have, in whatever state it is in. We lay it out so each slide carries one idea, set the type so it reads from the back, rebuild the charts so the point lands before the explanation does, and cut what is not earning its place.

We also tell you what we think about the order. If slide fourteen is really the opening, or three slides are saying the same thing, you will hear that. It is included rather than billed as consultancy.

Templates your team can actually use

If your organisation builds slides every week, a one off deck solves very little. We build master templates in PowerPoint or Keynote with your brand fonts, colours and layouts already in place, so the next deck someone in your team makes starts in the right shape.

That means proper master slides and placeholder layouts, not a pretty title slide with a blank white page behind it.

Print, screen and the room itself

A deck for a projector in a bright conference room is not the same deck as a PDF that gets emailed round afterwards. We set them up for where they are actually going, and supply both where you need both.
