Letterhead and headed paper design
Letterhead and headed paper design in Ireland. Print ready artwork plus an editable Word template, so your letters always start in the right place.
The document people actually keep
Most things a business sends get read once and deleted. Letters are different. Contracts, quotes, offers and formal notices get printed, filed and looked at again months later, often by somebody deciding whether to trust you.
A letterhead is a small piece of design doing quiet work. It has to identify you immediately, leave enough room for a real letter, and stay out of the way of the words.
Built for two different jobs
Almost every business needs the same thing twice. Printed stock for posted letters, and a template for the far greater number of letters that get sent as a PDF.
We supply both. The print artwork is set up with proper bleed and safe margins for your printer. The Word or Google Docs template has the margins locked so text starts in the right place every time and never collides with the footer, no matter who in the office is typing it.
What goes on the page
The legal detail matters here. An Irish registered company has to carry its registered name, registered office, company number and place of registration on business letters. Most letterheads either leave it off or let it swamp the footer.
We set it small, correct and out of the way, alongside the things people actually use: phone, email, website and address.
Part of a set
Letterhead rarely travels alone. It works best designed at the same time as business cards and compliment slips, so the margins, type sizes and colour weights agree with each other across the set.
If you already have a logo we will build to it. If the logo is the weak link we will say so before you commit to printing a thousand sheets.
